Be like a Bamboo

   The Phillipines is like a bamboo. It's not a tree but grows higher and higher. It's true our country has so many challenges, so many concern, so many problems but like a bamboo, the Philippines is coping up, very resilient, not giving up, no surrender. The government, the people, the netizens, all sectors private or not are united to rise up again. Every crisis, one after the other, the resilience of the Philippines becomes stronger, the smile and laughter still very noticeable, you see them on their faces, eyes and lips. "We are smiling face, never a frown and make your day!" 

   There were many calamities in the past but still the country rise up like a bamboo really, even if a storm uprooted it or washed it out, little by little it stands again, go, grow and glow like the Filipinos why? We are gifted with a resilient spirit, with a very strong, faith in our omnipotent, generous God. After life's storm, we look at the sunshine, rise up, do everything to beat our downfall and bring back our happy, stable, united status in life. This COVID-19 pandemic is a great proof of our resilient, strong the Filipinos are. Their strength is unquestionable. The people are brave enough to make both ends meet, they go out as volunteers to help the most indigent, to help the poorest of the poor. The affluent become the strength of the poor. 

   The Government continues to support all the people, the strong support, the unity, the love and compassion, tge merciful, generous hearts all these contributes towards the goal resilient Philippines rising up, standing tall even having many "falls!" The citizens are all together in the fight of any kind, natural or man-made calamities. Despite so many calamities, we Filipinos never surrender, we help ourselves and ask God's help and trust on his divine interventions and miracles. 

    The admirable president let's all fight any form of crises, let's show the whole world our unity, compation, support for each other, a very strong faith in our creator, our positive attitude, always having smiles and laughters, readiness to share, to help. These virtues never die. These outlast time, these never wither. The resilence Philippines, rising up, going stronger is eternal because it's embedded in the hearts and minds and spirits of the Filipinos. Set your goals, be strong, be steadfast, be resilent!
